- Support employee engagement, onboarding, performance tracking, and internal communication.
- Lead and manage AI projects with a strong focus on Generative AI and applied, product- oriented innovation.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring strategic direction is clearly understood and effectively executed.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Coordinate cross- functional teams to support smooth workflows and effective resource utilization.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects including AI, web and application projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the full AI project lifecycle: research, PoC, development, deployment, and operation.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements, milestones, and success metrics.
- Oversee day- to- day office operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a collaborative, high- performance working environment.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge in NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and optimization; proficient with modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills; fluent in English for collaboration with international partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with creativity to adapt models to organizational needs.
- Experienced in developing and deploying AI solutions (especially Generative AI) and integrating them into products/services in production environments.
