Job Summary:
The E- commerce Manager is responsible for driving online sales growth and profitability across all digital channels while ensuring strong operational excellence. This role owns end- to- end e- commerce performance, including commercial execution, platform management, traffic levers and e- commerce warehouse operations, working closely with cross- functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and sustainable business results.
Main purpose:
Ensure strong end- to- end execution, from traffic generation and conversion to fulfillment and customer experience.
Build a scalable and well- controlled e- commerce operation that supports peak periods, campaigns, and business growth.
Act as the single point of ownership for e- commerce performance, aligning commercial strategy with operational capability.
Drive sustainable e- commerce growth across all digital channels while protecting GM and P&L.
Key Accountabilities:
E- commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue to achieve monthly/quarterly targets to reach an annual total, with a balanced focus and special emphasis on TikTok Shop launch.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for both the 1P website and 3P marketplaces.
Website Performance & UX Optimization (1P)
Optimize site conversion (target ≥ X% by Q4) and reduce cart abandonment by implementing UX improvements and A/B testing.
Oversee daily website operations, ensuring >98% uptime and a seamless user experience.
Marketplace Management & Growth (3P)
Manage and optimize marketplace performance (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) including product listings, promotional strategies, and ad campaigns.
Drive campaigns to achieve a ROAS of ≥5.0 and acquire new customers at a competitive CAC (target

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in E- commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field. English is required.
Experience:
Experience in working with cross- functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Operations) is essential.
5–7 years of experience in e- commerce management, with proven expertise in managing both owned websites (1P) and third- party marketplaces (3P).
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales revenue targets and optimizing digital channels to drive profitability.
Skills:
Strong understanding of e- commerce P&L, GM, pricing, and promotions
Strong analytical, execution, and problem- solving skills
Hands- on experience with 1P & 3P platforms (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Good understanding of e- commerce operations, including warehouse, fulfillment, and returns
Solid knowledge of traffic drivers, SEO, paid media, affiliate, and content commerce
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Effective cross- functional communication and stakeholder management
