[ALDO] Marketing Executive

This position plays a key role in strengthening Aldo’s brand presence and customer engagement through strategic public relations, influencer partnerships, and customer relationship management initiatives.
Direct Communication:
Manage customer- facing communication via direct channels (SMS, email, social messaging, etc.).
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, message, and seasonal priorities.
Coordinate with the E- commerce and Retail teams to maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
Monitor customer responses and engagement metrics to refine communication effectiveness.
Public Relations:
Manage media relations, including press release preparation, pitching, and follow- ups.
Support the development and execution of PR strategies and brand stories aligned with marketing campaigns.
Track and report media coverage and campaign results.
Coordinate with media agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
KOL & Influencer management:
Ensure alignment between influencer content and brand image.
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand advocates.
Negotiate collaboration terms and manage content deliverables.
Monitor influencer performance and campaign ROI.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Support CRM strategy and execution to drive customer retention and loyalty.
Collaborate with external and internal teams to plan targeted CRM campaigns (SMS, ZNS, email, etc.) based on customer segmentation and insights.
Ensure all CRM communications are aligned with brand tone and messaging.
Track campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
Campaign Tracking & ROI Analysis:
Collaborate closely with E- commerce, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure marketing consistency across channels.
Provide support in marketing events, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
Manage administrative and reporting tasks related to campaigns.

Proactive attitude and self- motivation to take ownership and deliver high- quality results.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and cross- functional internal teams.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, or trade marketing.
Analytical thinking to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail marketing dynamics.
