Android HMI SDK for Automotive domain

Responsibilities:
• Develop a common HMI SDK for Android Automotive using Jetpack Compose, including reusable widgets, templates, and brand- specific themes.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests using JUnit, Robolectric, and Mockk.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams and designers to maintain consistent user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in Android Automotive and UI development.
• Ensure the SDK is modular, scalable, maintainable, and compatible across multiple Android Automotive versions and devices.
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Robolectric, Mockk), Git, Agile methodologies, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of Android Automotive, Jetpack Compose, design patterns, SOLID principles, Kotlin, UML.
• 5+ years in Android app development focusing on UI/UX and Jetpack Compose.
• 3+ years developing UI components and libraries for Android.
Supported Skills:
• Participation in at least one Android IVI production program.
• Understanding of Widgets in XML & Jetpack Compose, Android Components, Car Framework, IPC (D- BUS, MOST, EAVB, SOME/IP).
Soft Skills: Good communication, leadership, and client interaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
