APC Corporation - E - Commerce Supervisor/ Manager

Prepare and submit regular (weekly/monthly/annual) performance and revenue reports to Senior Management.
Lead, mentor, and manage the E- commerce sales team, defining and driving individual and team sales targets.
Actively participate in strategic meetings and share team best practices.
Manage online promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
Manage and optimize the online product/service portfolio (tours, F&B) and pricing for competitiveness and profitability.
Coordinate cross- functionally with Operations and Accounting departments to ensure seamless booking and service execution.
Perform other managerial and strategic tasks as assigned.
Develop and implement the overall E- commerce strategy across all online channels (website, OTA, Fanpage, etc.).
Oversee and standardize client communication processes to ensure professional, timely, and high- quality service throughout the sales cycle.
Analyze customer satisfaction data and market trends to propose value- added services and strategic improvements.
Monitor and analyze E- commerce KPIs (Conversion Rate, AOV, traffic, ROI) to identify growth opportunities and issues.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent attitude for teamwork, sophisticated networking capabilities for work with same level of management
2 year of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Advanced level of both spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Mature, self- driven, possessing intellectual sales skills
Knowledge of Cruises and/or F&B products, destinations, and OTA platforms is an advantage.
