Apparel Production Management (Expat - Good English And Japanese N2) ~ Attractive Salary [26408 - Cu Chi District , Hcm]

- Lead productivity improvement activities (IE, productivity analysis, line balance adjustment).
- Supervise production line planning, progress management, quality control, and cost management at the sewing factory.
- Promote improvements and strengthening of production system based on JP quality standards.
- Improve efficiency through collaboration between production department and technology, quality control, and materials teams.
- Rapid cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures when problems occur.

* Working Time: 8:30- 17:30 Mon- Sat

- Business- level Japanese communication skills (N2 advanced)
- At least 1 year of experience in production management in apparel manufacturing
- Good at English (Intermediate level)
- At least 6 months of experience in team management and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
+ Prefer:
- Experience in outerwear products
- Experience in sample development for international brands
- Prefer candidates whose nationalities are Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese
- Familiar with production technology and IE improvement activities.
