Arabic Sales Support Executive (HCM)

- Support the sales team in updating and maintaining customer lists and pipelines.
- Help prepare documents such as reports, summaries, and internal notes.
- Prepare simple and structured reports for internal teams when required.
- Assist in internal communication with Arabic- speaking markets when needed (translation, clarification, or follow- up).
- Support monitoring and tracking sales performance data of local sales teams.
- Review sales reports and assist in verifying data accuracy using Excel.
- Support other operational or administrative tasks related to sales activities.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments to follow up on operational or reporting matters.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Current student or fresh graduate majoring in Arabic Language or related fields.
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple analysis, reporting).
- Basic to good English communication skills for internal use.
- Fluent in Arabic reading and writing.
- Able to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Careful, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in audit, finance, or operations is NOT required (training will be provided).
