Architect – Site Architect (Hotel Project)

Communicate effectively in Vietnamese with local authorities, workers, and project stakeholders.
Assist the Site Supervisor in architectural works, including checking drawings and site execution.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the investor.
Prepare reports, site sketches/ drawings, and maintain daily/weekly site records.
Monitor construction progress and ensure quality compliance.
Use English for basic technical communication with partners and contractors.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Commit full time to work on Cat Ba Island.
1–3 years of site experience (hotel/resort projects are an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction.
Strong ability to read and understand drawings; knowledge of basic construction standards.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
