Art Director / Senior Art Director

Job description:
The Art Director / Senior Art Director is responsible for developing strong creative ideas and leading the visual direction of campaigns to ensure high- quality, engaging, and effective work that meets client objectives. This role requires solid creative skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:

Manage design execution, guide junior team members when needed.
Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
Ensure high- quality art direction and consistency throughout all projects.
Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Account, and Strategy teams to deliver effective and engaging ideas.
Develop strong creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.

Requirements:

Strong conceptual thinking and design skills.
4+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of digital and social media platforms.
Experience in mentoring or leading small teams is a plus.
