* JOB DESCRIPTION

Define assembly sequences, torque specifications, and equipment requirements.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for assembly- related defects.
Monitor key process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and Process Flow Diagrams.
Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize manpower and cycle time.
Provide daily technical support for assembly lines to resolve process issues (fitment, alignment, torque, etc.).
Evaluate and implement new tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve productivity and ergonomics.
Design and develop assembly processes and layouts to achieve production targets (quality, cost, delivery).
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

At least a college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with MES systems, torque control tools, and error- proofing devices (poka- yoke).
Hands- on experience in manufacturing.
Hands- on experience in using 2D/3D software.
Working knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP is desired.
