Assistance Front Office Manager(Pre- Opening)

Work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Security to ensure smooth and effective hotel operations and deliver exceptional service.
Supervise all Front Office operations, including guest reception, assistance, and handling guest requests, to ensure smooth and efficient performance across all shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Plan, implement, and monitor training programs for Front Office staff to enhance skills and service quality; support recruitment and onboarding in coordination with the HR department.
Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to consistently deliver high- quality service and maintain Amiana Hanoi standards.
Regularly inspect the Front Desk area to ensure all supplies and equipment are adequately provided, well maintained, and properly used.
Proactively handle guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently and promptly, or escalate to the Department Manager when necessary, to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance the overall guest experience.
Proactively monitor and maintain guest satisfaction through daily interactions and guest service follow- ups, as well as online review platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor.
Conduct daily briefings to update the team on room occupancy, arrivals and departures, VIP guests, special events, service priorities, and guest experience initiatives to maximize overall guest satisfaction.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Clear, confident, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Responsible, reliable, ethical, calm under pressure, and proactive in problem- solving.
Minimum of two years’ experience in shift management or as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
