Assistant Brand Manager (Fashion)

Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks and other ad- hoc assignments as required.
- Brief and follow up on creative assets (campaigns, lookbooks, videos, content) to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross- functionally with Product, VM, Web, Digital, PR, and Art teams… to ensure alignment with product priorities
- Develop monthly and quarterly communication plans aligned with revenue and category objectives
- Take ownership of product/category performance: track sales, stock levels, and inventory rotation; recommend product push strategies based on data
- Manage monthly and quarterly budget to ensure campaign’s KPIs
- Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers), including briefing, negotiation, and quality control
- Work on campaign ideas and concepts: contribute to key messages, creative direction, and ensure execution aligns with brand and business goals
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, CVR, ASP, sell- through, etc.), and propose actionable improvements

Must have:
- Able to think in both data and creative directions (not purely executional)
- Good sense of branding, communication, and campaign storytelling
- Ability to interpret performance data and understand what’s driving the results
- At least 3 years experiences as Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Leader, fashion is plus
- Strong comfort working with numbers, Excel, and data tracking
- Detail- oriented, accountable, and capable of managing multiple workstreams effectively
- Candidates born 1996 – 2000 are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar major
Nice to have
- Hands- on experience with performance marketing or working closely with ads/digital teams
- Experience in product/category management or merchandising, experience working with KOL/KOC, PR, or content production workflows.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e- commerce environments
- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization
Benefits:
- Salary negotiable based on the candidate’s experience. Range salary: 19- 23 mil (gross)/month
