- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Digital Activation: Executing social commerce initiatives for Mom & Baby (e.g., supporting live streams on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, etc), running digital contests, and interactive campaigns to drive immediate engagement and purchase.
- Compliance: Ensuring all programs, especially those involving sampling or direct consumer interaction, strictly adhere to the WHO Code, Marketing in IFT for FrieslandCampina, and local regulations in Vietnam.
- In- Store Activation: Developing and implementing new user acquisition programs, visual merchandising, and staff training in Mom and Baby chains.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the CCD and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of new user acquisition activities.
- Feedback & Optimization: Collecting real- time feedback from acquisition activities, analyzing their impact on immediate sales or engagement, and making quick adjustments.
- Event & Experiential Marketing: Build the new user acquisition ecosystem by organizing or supporting brand events, pre- natal workshops, etc to provide direct interaction with the brand.
