- Prepare and submit operational reports (inventory, breakage, training, etc.)
- Handle internal and guest- related concerns professionally
- Lead, train, and supervise the stewarding team, ensuring performance and grooming standards
- Oversee daily Stewarding operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Rixos standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage par stock levels
- Supervise cleaning schedules, equipment handling, and maintenance processes-
- Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in kitchen and back- of- house areas (HACCP & ISO compliance)
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, and Housekeeping for smooth operations
- Control operating costs, including breakage, inventory, and chemical usage
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, kitchen safety, and equipment handling.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
