Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Events, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners to drive hotel revenue.
Oversee performance of sales associates of different levels with specific responsibilities for recruitment and selection, orientation and training, motivating and coaching, development as well counselling and discipline
Support the Director of Sales in achieving departmental goals and overall hotel business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry. At least 2–3 years of experience in management role within hotel sales.
Experience managing corporate, government, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
Relevant education certifications
Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and revenue management principles.
Strong account management and client retention skills
Strong understanding of key hotel performance metrics including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Total Revenue.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy. Familiarity with hotel systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage
Strong sales, prospecting, and business development capabilities.
Good English speaking and writing proficiency.
