Assistant ESS Engineer (ERP, Engineering System Support) - Open for fresher

TTI Asia Engineering Services delivers services and support to TTI Engineering and Manufacturing organizations via Business Digital Transformations, staff training and development. It’s a Center of Expertise in Engineering methodologies, skillsets, digital tools and systems as well as business processes. Its 3 poles are Engineering Systems, Training & Development, and Product Design Services.

In line with our strategy to further develop the Engineering Systems group, the Asia PLM group is looking to fill the role of Assistant Engineer, Engineering Systems – NPD Support in Vietnam.

The position will support the various TTI organizations around Ho Chi Minh City. The base office is expected to be at the TTI SHTP office. Weekly responsibilities will likely require 2 to 3 daily trips to other TTI facilities, either in Cuchi or Dau Giay areas.

This position will focus on the implementation and development of ESS support to different business units in Vietnam by communication, training, coaching, daily support… to drive best practice in usage of our systems platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a system environment while understanding mechanical or electrical engineering.

The Asia Engineering Systems Support (ESS) team has been long established in Dongguan, PRC, and has developed a reputation of offering quality daily support to Business verticals within TTI Asia. Since 2023, ESS is regularly present in Vietnam to deliver face- to- face support and training to Vietnam organizations.

TTI Asia Engineering Services is expanding and will grow its local Vietnam Team to support the TTI Vietnam organizational growth.

Main responsibilities:

Engineering Systems – NPD Support:
To leverage PRC Engineering Systems teams for general platform supports: Teamcenter, TeamWorks, Oracle & K2 Engineering systems
- Best practice deployment
- Usage monitoring and reporting
- User training and communication
- User helpdesk
- Performance benchmarking & platform validation tests
- Platform / Data maintenance
- Assistant to business analysis
- Assistant to continues improvement
- User pain points or requirements gathering

Requirements:
- Ability to use MS office suite or Pow for data analysis and report.
- Leadership, vendor and project management skills.
- College degree
- Preferred in exposure to the usage of any MCAD or ECAD tools, project and product management
- Below majors are all accepted: IT, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automations
- Preferred in any below responsibilities of working with an enterprise level digital platform: User helpdesk, System Administrator, System Trainer, Business Analyst, Process Improvement, Architect Designer
- Good in English language
- The ability to remain up- to- date with the latest software developments.
- Analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.

Working Location:
- Branch site in SHTP- District 9/ Củ Chi/Dau Giay.
