Training and development of housekeeping employees through coaching, performance assessments, and ongoing feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back- of- house spaces, conducting inspections to ensure quality.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and monitoring team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to address guest complaints, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Inventory and supply management, including ordering, monitoring usage, and implementing cost- effective practices.

Degree or certificate (or equivalent) in relevant field (Housekeeping).
Details and High sense of responsibility.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
