Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Ensure staff follow SOPs and brand standards.
Manage all daily operations of the Executive Lounge, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all- day refreshments.
Supervise guest check- in/check- out processes in the lounge.
Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the lounge.
Uphold Pullman Guest Satisfaction Index standards and exceed guest expectations.
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily banking reports (if applicable).
Oversee lounge inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
2–3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel (Executive Lounge / Club Floor / Guest Relations / F&B).
Open- minded, proactive, and guest- centric personality.
Strong guest relations and F&B service background.
