• Manage all outlets under supervision as separate profit centers and train outlet managers to operate accordingly.
• Adjust to changes in job requirements and the hotel’s operational strategies to meet business needs.
• Assist the F&B Service Manager to set F&B policies and procedures and ensure all manuals are up to date.
• Have a deep understanding of the hotel’s Mission & Vision and integrate this into your department’s daily activities.
• Ensure all Guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for complimentary F&B items and refunds.
• Assist the F&B Manager in the preparation of the annual business plan
• Have an understanding of the hotel’s market segments and their expectations.
• Follow all HACCP guidelines and hotel food safety policies to ensure the hygienic handling, storage, and preparation of beverages and garnishes.
• Manage department ensuring high standards of service and maximizing profitability
• Oversee all training and inductions in the outlet.
• Control costs whilst ensuring the hotel’s guest gets expectation are exceeded.Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Monitor the F&B budget and discuss with the F&B Manager corrective action where necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluency in English, communication skill & Administration.
• Good knowledge about menu planning, promotions, and implementation of brand standards to achieve revenue and quality targets.
• At least 6 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a Asst. F&B Manager position or 2 years in Outlet Manager position
• Have knowledge and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations during work.
• College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
