Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre (IHG Hotel)

Join our team at Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, where you will support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations across all outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquet, and In- room Dining, within a fast- paced city hotel environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth service flow during peak periods and corporate or MICE events, maintain high service standards, and lead the team through effective training, coaching, and SOP implementation aligned with brand standards. You will actively engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and contribute to driving revenue through upselling initiatives and cost control. Additionally, you will support banquet and event execution, optimize manpower planning, and ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations.

We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotels, with strong exposure to banquet or high- volume service, solid leadership skills, and good English communication.
