Guest Experience
• On the floor/lobby to co- ordinate the overall lobby movement, dynamic with guest interaction/engagement.
• Maintain close relationship with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.
• Strong & effective communication with all other departments.
• Welcome guests and foster guest loyalty through personal relationships and friendly and welcomed manner.
• Lead by example in terms of presentation, attitude, equity and professionalism.
• Permanent contact with the FOM to report any guest comments/feedback, or problems and to ensure a good co- ordination and quick communication on both sides.
• Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout stay.
• Oversee and supervise guest arrivals and departures.
• Monitor the Front Office members to ensure all guests receive prompt and personalized guest services/experiences/recognition
• A creative and problem- solving person to handle any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
Profit Optimization
• Maximize the revenue by actively upselling transportation and rooms.
• Expenses are in line with the budget.
People & Administration
• All HR related procedures are followed in a timely manner.
• Ensure effective utilization and productivity of all colleagues though roster planning, hiring, scheduling and adhering to budget and KPIs
• Act as departmental trainer, evaluate and plan trainings ensuring all crucial knowledges and standards are being trained and refresh regularly.
• Complete knowledge of the company – policies and LSOPs, rules and regulations, facilities, services.
• To help staffs improve their skills and provides support for career development by identifying potential members.
• Ensure all Front Office members are well presented and punctual.
• Evaluate and consult Front Office members on job performance and career development and do appraisal on probational/yearly basis.
• Produce and maintain accurate reports and incidents which may be of concern to the management and/or which may require further attentions.
• Ensure the full motivation of the team and create a nice atmosphere of work.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations, facilities and services.
• Protect the privacy and security of guests, fellow colleagues and the company’s confidential information and assets.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Prerequisites:
- Must be able to communicate in English (writing and speaking) and other languages are advantages.
- Great attention to detail, talent in guest relations management and is motivated to go the extra mile.
- Broad understanding of FO Operation management procedures and target orientated individual with the ability to work to set deadlines.
Education:
- Graduates hospitality degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field.
Experience:
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Experience in Hotel management software
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Previous experience in similar Job role or three to five years middle management experience in large up- scale hotel/resort
