Job Summary:
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day- to- day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth check- in/check- out procedures, and effective team management. The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction, upholding brand standards, and leading the team in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Support the Front Office Manager in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain an active presence in the lobby to engage with guests and uphold service excellence.
Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations to maximize occupancy and room assignment efficiency.
Ensure seamless and efficient check- in and check- out processes.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of Front Office employees.
Keep the team informed of current promotions, procedures, and service protocols.
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Supervise Front Office team members, including reception, transportation, boutique, and guest services.
Oversee daily financial transactions including cash handling, billing, and shift audits.
Lead regular department briefings and training sessions to ensure continuous development and alignment with service standards.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Flexible with working hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Assistant Front Office Manager.
Strong leadership qualities and effective problem- solving abilities.
