Key Responsibilities
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Director in overseeing overall hotel operations and ensuring effective coordination across all departments.
Prepare comprehensive performance assessments and management reports on hotel operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Review documents and records submitted by departments prior to submission for the General Director’s approval.
Advise on the implementation of strategic development plans for the hotel and related F&B outlets.
Participate in meetings with internal departments and external partners as assigned.
Act on behalf of the General Director to coordinate with relevant departments in resolving hotel setup and operational matters.
Analyze issues related to hotel pre- opening and setup activities and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide strategic advice to the General Director on the development direction and operational strategies of the hotel.
Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor progress toward assigned business objectives.
Consolidate, review, and evaluate operational reports from all hotel departments to assess overall business performance.
Draft official letters, documents, and materials as directed by the General Director.
Support the General Director in external relations and stakeholder engagement.
Propose action plans and improvement initiatives to the General Director.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong interpersonal and problem- solving skills; quick thinking, professional demeanor, and well- presented appearance.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Assistant, External Relations, or equivalent management position, with proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar leadership role.
Ability to develop plans and work proactively with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
Good physical health; proactive, energetic, honest, straightforward, positive, cooperative, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
Languages: Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher.
Educational background in International Economics, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet tools.
Strong capability in organization, prioritization, accuracy, and decisive yet practical decision- making.
Ability to work under high pressure in a fast- paced environment.

13th- month salary: Provided in accordance with company policy.
Working schedule: 4 days off per month.
