Assistant Guest Experience Manager

Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.
Provides input for departmental meetings.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Follow communication lines and report lines.
Encourage and motivate concierge colleagues
Assist to supervises and participates in all activities related to the process of rooming guest.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Control the team effectively.
Arrange the cars for airport pick up and transfer as requested and make sure that not waste of money and timing.
Ensure that information is passed to every one accurate and clear.
Acts as sales person in order to maximize room revenue and MOD’s revenue (Minor Operated Department).
Handle complaints with immediate action and thorough follow up and train staff how to solve.
Complies with hotels health, safety and hygiene.
Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
Taking care of various administrative tasks including information updating with the concierge team on new restaurants tours…
Assist to manage room assignment with concerned Reception sections and other Departments.
Identifies departmental training needs and conducts training.
Handles guest needs inquiries and requests promptly.
Promotes hotel facilities efficiently and train staff how to sell and serve properly.
Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
Well- groomed, neat and tidy at work.
Formulating new procedures in pursuit of improved service
Maintain standards of service quality and performance standards.
Greets all arrivals and says goodbye all departures – do first and last impression.
Assist to manage the team and ensures that guest received special personalized service.
Assist for Check- in and check- out and escorts VIPs to room.
Ensure that all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome upon check- in.
Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
Check weekly report for long staying guests, establishes and maintains contact with guest as well as to check the next days of arrivals whether for any special treatments offered for VIPs, repeated guest, honeymooners, birthday guest...etc.
Make necessary arrangements for group check- in.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in Customer Service skills.
Task management, and great attention to detail.
Good at public speaking.
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
Self- motivated/ dynamic, friendly, good interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
Teamwork and can work under pressure.
