Assistant Logistics Solution & Innovation Manager (VLSC)

The Assistant Logistics Solution & Digital Logistics IT Manager acts as a strategic bridge between technology and business functions within the third- party logistics (3PL) sector in Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing IT and digital initiatives alignment with operational and commercial objectives, driving digital transformation, enhancing data integration, and supporting innovation to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities& KPIs:
Understand business needs and translate them into IT strategies, solutions, or system enhancements.
Prioritize IT projects based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
Coordinate audits or reviews related to IT infrastructure and systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to local business leaders and operations teams.
Facilitate user training and promote technology adoption.
Communicate project timelines, changes, and support issues clearly to stakeholders.
Act as the primary IT liaison in Vietnam, responsible for aligning local business needs with company strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of logistics solution and technology solutions that support logistics and operational excellence.
Lead the deployment of advanced digital logistics solutions and manage IT- related projects to optimize distribution and 3PL operations in Vietnam. This role requires strong expertise in project management, system integration, and logistics consulting to ensure successful digital transformation.
Serve as the single point of contact for IT matters in Vietnam.
Oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of key systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) in Vietnam, while ensuring compliance with company policies, IT standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
Project management and collaboration experience.
Understanding of local logistics regulations and compliance standards
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business units, IT teams, and external logistics partners.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, cross- functional environment.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting logistics systems to enhance operational efficiency.
At least 5 – 10 years of experience in IT project management and logistics system implementation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Experience in logistics solution design and development (customer- facing focus).
Proven success in digital transformation projects within logistics or distribution.
Solid knowledge of IT compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards relevant to the logistics industry.
At least 5 – 10 years of experience in IT roles, preferably with exposure to logistics or supply chain.
Strong business and IT alignment capabilities with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Experience in working with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems is highly desirable.
Skilled in system integration (EDI/API), technical support, and driving process automation and optimization initiatives.
Experience in innovation & technology integration for logistics solutions.
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and good command in English.
