Admissions (30%)
• Develop partnerships with internal and external organizations to enhance admissions effectiveness.
• Analyze and evaluate the collected information to propose improvements or adjustments, if necessary, to tuition structures, fee policies, and admissions incentives.
• Together with Admissions Staff, provide direct, phone- based, and online consultations to new prospective parents across various platforms.
• Support Admissions Staff in finding optimal solutions to finalize enrollment for potential parents.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Growth Management & SGS Campus Operations to develop weekly, monthly, annual, and stage- based admissions plans and strategies.
• Research parents’ needs and students’psychology, and collect related information to support effective admissions activities.
• Conduct and consolidate competitive market research (tuition fees, academic programs, and admissions incentive policies of competitor schools).
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop admissions information packages (financial policies, application forms, required student documents, service information, admissions videos, brochures, leaflets, etc.).
• Supervise the student entry- assessment process, result of notification, and admissions documentation in accordance with the established procedures.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and lead lifecycle tracking across all stages of the admissions funnel.
• Participate in on- campus and off- campus events to provide consultations to parents and students.
Parent & Student Care (5%)
• Record and transfer issues to responsible departments for follow- up.
• Guide admissions staff in responding to parents in alignment with school directions.
• Remove student pick- up/drop- off (as requested).
• Address parent inquiries related to approved school information, policies, meal services, transportation, uniforms, and other services.
Budget Planning & Management (5%)
• Propose budgets for admissions events, fee refunds, and internal expenses; maintain records and approvals.
• Assist in developing admissions budgets aligned with event plans and departmental activities.
• Track and evaluate budget usage to ensure cost- effectiveness.
Admissions Reporting (10%)
• Forecast pipeline performance and highlight risks & required interventions.
• Consolidate reports on target achievement for each admissions phase.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad- hoc reports on admissions pipelines: leads, assessments, and enrollments.
Admissions Reporting (20%)
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad- hoc reports on admissions pipelines: leads, assessments, and enrollments.
• Consolidate reports on target achievement for each admissions phase.
• Forecast pipeline performance and highlight risks & required interventions.
Conversation & Quality Assurance (25%)
• Ensure consultation scripts and messaging align with UTS brand positioning and standards.
• Monitor conversion performance at every stage of the admissions funnel (lead → assessment → offer → deposit → enrollment).
• Responsible for achieving admissions KPIs, including leads, conversions, assessments, offers, deposits, and final enrollments.
• Conduct regular quality checks on consultations, follow- up calls, and written communication.
• Implement improvement actions to achieve conversion targets.
• Ensure admissions decisions comply with child safeguarding and student welfare guidelines.
Administration & School Policy (5%)
• Comply with school handbooks as well as policy and guidance documents.
• Other reasonable task assigned by the Line Manager.
• Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, policy.
