Coordinate closely with Kitchen and related departments to ensure smooth order preparation and service flow
Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks as required
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in all service areas
Support the daily operations of Room Service, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Act as in- charge of the operation during assigned shifts or in the absence of direct supervisor
Support in implementing SOPs, policies, and operational standards of the hotel
Monitor inventory levels, requisitions, and minimize wastage in daily operations
Assist in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints efficiently
Supervise team performance to maintain service standards, food presentation, and guest satisfaction
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment to reduce loss and damage
Monitor service quality and ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing manpower based on occupancy and business demand
Conduct on- the- job training and support team development to improve service quality

Ability to handle guest requests and feedback effectively
Ability to supervise and support team performance in a fast- paced environment
Good leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
Experience in F&B operations, preferably in Room Service or high- volume service environments
Good command of English is an advantage
Strong understanding of order flow, service coordination, and delivery standards
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem- solving skills
Able to work under pressure and manage peak service periods
