Assistant Outlet Manager (Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant)

Manage the outlet operations of the new concept restaurant (Vietnamese cuisine) to ensure the achievement of established guest service quality standards; support diverse teams through daily operational challenges, maintain a strong attention to details and motivate employees to engage with customers and maximize departmental revenue and profit goals,
• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Monitor service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet. Work with the Outlet employees, Outlet chefs to take corrective actions where necessary
• Ensure that the outlets are operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise
• Other tasks assigned by Outlet Manager/ FB Manager.
• Ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment, and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste
• Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner
• Constantly seek to identify unmet Guest’s needs and work towards developing new/improving current products and strategies to sustain our competitive advantage.
• Manage day- to- day operations of Vietnamese cuisine restaurant
• Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment
• Be responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness and good appearance of the outlets and proper maintenance of all operating equipment, furniture and fixture
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
• Organize and conduct pre- shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff, ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
• Manage in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of outlet operating equipment and other assets
• Drive outlet promotional calendar, update promotion briefs, P&L and post mortem accordingly
Yêu cầu công việc
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holiday
• Well- versed in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and POS
• Decision making and problem solving
• 2 years related experience, including managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferably diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
• Must be fluent in English
• Leadership skills with an ability to train, motivate, and create a team effort
