Support training coordination and employee development activities.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Support daily People & Culture operations and HR administration.
Assist with employee relations, disciplinary processes and compliance matters.
Coordinate payroll data checking, benefits administration and HR reporting.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good knowledge of labor law and HR operations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; good command of English.
