In this role, The Assistant Manager- Procurement will support in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and services. This role ensures cost efficiency, supplier quality, and timely delivery of materials while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with organizational policies.
Procurement Strategy
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends.
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Supplier Management
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost- effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal value for the organization.
Evaluate supplier performance regularly and resolve disputes or issues as needed.
Purchasing Operations
Manage day- to- day procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and align with project timelines.
Cost Management
Ensure procurement activities stay within budgetary constraints.
Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Compliance and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier interactions.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal regulations.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4- 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proven experience in managing procurement activities for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or construction projects.
Hands- on experience in managing procurement teams and contract management.
Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
