Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Work closely with Finance and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare quotations, analyze costs, and monitor purchasing budgets.
Good knowledge of local market suppliers and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong understanding of procurement procedures, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
Support the Purchasing Manager in supplier performance evaluation and contract management.
Contribute to cost control initiatives and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
