Assistant Sales Manager | ISO certification & Training (based in Hanoi)

Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Business Assurance
Develop and execute strategies in sales, marketing, customer relations, and key account management
Support BA Sales Team to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue & profitability targets
Manage audit scheduling & coordination to meet internal protocols and client expectations
Work with BA regional team to co- execute go- to- market sales strategies
Lead Sales, Customer Services, and Project Coordination teams in audit/certification business (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27000, FSC CoC) and Training activities
Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation, marketing programs, and customer- focused events
Identify, create, and follow up on new accounts, products, and market opportunities

Proven sales and business development track record
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in audit, certification, training, or consulting
Mature, self- disciplined, and result- driven, able to work independently under pressure
Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
