Be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering- related opportunities.
Build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
Actively conduct sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Maintain efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports.
Be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc.
Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.

Required skills
• Good customer service mindset and strong result- oriented disposition.
• Self- motivated, highly energetic.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power- point and Opera system).
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Perfectly bilingual English and Vietnamese in both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry, current market trend, economic factors, corporate/ wholesales key accounts and seasons.
• Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure.
• Able to source business proactively, build relationships with decision makers, including senior executives of companies.
• Proven records of corporate and wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
