TASKS OVERVIEWING
Establishing, performing Spa targets, policies and activities based on the resort’s regulations
Managing daily Spa’s activities
TASKS CLARIFYING
• Ensuring that Spa Department follows resort’s policies and procedures including health, hygiene and Fire prevention
• Ensuring that Spa is qualified to operate based on law
• Collecting the newest information from resort’s competitors about their changes and developments, as well as information on products and service prices and market situations to promptly grasp the trends and create competitive strategies
• Consulting the Board of Manager about choosing the types of Spa services that are suitable with trends and achieve business efficiency
• Solving guest complaints well; ensuring that all the complaints are checked, investigated and implementing all necessary solutions to handle
• Making Duty Roster suitable with the resort’s operating
• Preserving Spa items, equipment, cosmetics, work tools carefully
• Ordering, receiving and checking the cosmetics, aromas, Spa facilities, … with Purchasing team
• Making reports as required by the superior
• Building and complying with the department’s annual operation budget and expense
• Maintaining the close relationship with guests, receiving the feedback of Spa activities
• Creating conditions for the department’s members to cooperate well with each other and coordinate smoothly with other departments
• Managing staff performance; training Spa Therapists
• Ensuring that all services with guests at the spa meet or exceed the resort operating standards
• Always demonstrating the sincere customer focus in increasing guest experience when using resort’s services
• Ensuring that all areas of the Spa are clean, neat always and the space is always quiet and relaxing
• Participating training courses and meetings as demanded
• Following the products and the by – products for Spa to make sure that no approved budget exceed
• Evaluating annual performance of all levels under responsibility; setting goals and making sure that evaluation is conducted absolutely
• Checking cosmetics, shampoos, aromas dates and work condition of the Spa equipment, facilities to be ready to serve guests always
• Cooperating with the Sales & Marketing Department on creating advertisements, discount policy in accordance with the approval of Board of Manager
• Performing other tasks assigned by superior
• Developing beauty and skin care service packages for guests; contributing to increase resort revenue

• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language
• Graduating from college and higher
• Knowing well about safety and security, firefighting and prevention, crisis handling process
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
• Being good at managing
• Having high team spirit
• Being good at communicating
• Being perfect in leadership, proactive and an extrovert
• Having at least 03 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
