Assistant Store Manager

Rooftop IBC Building, 1 Cong Truong Me Linh, Sai Gon Ward, HCMCJob Description: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of cafe operations. This role is a key leader in the store, responsible for supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, and ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of service. The Assistant Store Manager is a role model for the team, demonstrating the TCP values and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to all standards.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and well- maintained at all times.
- Assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on guest satisfaction.

- A passion for training and developing people.
- Good understanding of cafe or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
