Assistant to MD - Glam Beautique (Trợ lý bộ phận thu mua)

Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets.
Support MD to do all assigned tasks related to Merchandising activities
- Check actual stock condition in backroom, adjust the display if necessary
- Support MDs in other relevant tasks
- Monitor Suppliers&039; Sales & Stock movement,
- Contact suppliers for Price check, Promotion scheme check & request
- Work with internal departments like Accounting, Legal, IT, RDC… for related documentation in need
- Update Price & Artwork for Monthly Mailer based on Manu to ensure 100% accuracy achievement
- Update the MD sales report and send to Merchandisers
- Make / Adjust Cost & Price in PROFIT system.
- Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves to follow MD&039;s Planogram
- Create SKU & PO as per MD&039;s regulation
Rules and Regulations:
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

- Bachelor degree in Food/Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
- Good communication and teamwork
- Integrity and transparency
- Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
- Self- disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible
