Assistant Water Park Manager

Manage and supervise all lifeguard operations and water attraction operations within the Water Park to ensure the highest level of guest safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Ensure all rides, pools, and water attractions are operated safely, effectively, and in accordance with approved operating procedures. Provide clear guidance, training, and supervision to associates to ensure proper execution of lifeguard duties and ride operations. • Ensure all water attractions, rescue equipment, and operational tools are in good working condition and immediately report any defects or malfunctions.
• Other duties assigned by Water Park Manager.
• Plan, organize, and control daily lifeguard deployment and attraction operation schedules as assigned.
• Select, train, evaluate, and develop lifeguard and ride operation associates.
• Oversee operational and safety standards in all pools, slides, and water attractions to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Direct and supervise all subordinate associates to ensure daily lifeguard operations and water attraction operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Assist and work closely with Water Park Manager to develop/ maintain all activities in Water Park.
• Coach, discipline, and support associates to maintain high operational and safety performance standards.
• Ensure all safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and rescue standards are strictly followed at all times.
• Provide guidance, instruction, and operational support to associates to ensure proper execution of lifeguard duties and ride operation responsibilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational readiness, safety compliance, cleanliness, staff grooming, and adequate manning levels.
• Monitor and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety conditions of all operational areas in accordance with company standards.

• Good at English both speaking and writing.
• Lifeguard certificate is required
• Being energetic, creative, self- motivated and able to work under high pressure
• Strong management and leadership skills
•At least 2–3 years of experience in lifeguard operations and water attraction operations
• Strength in Sport and Recreation.
• College, University graduate or higher. Graduation from University of Physical Education and Sports is a plus
• Computer proficiency on Words, Excel, Power Point
