Assitant Merchandiser (Long An) - Shuttle Bus Available

Support Merchandiser to:
• Verify documents (Debit notes, Invoices, etc.).
• Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, warehouse, shipping, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Order raw and auxiliary materials, monitor, and expedite delivery according to the plan.
• Monitor and report daily inspection and delivery status.
• Process samples, liaise with material suppliers, and gather materials for sample making.
• Track orders from initial stage to final sample stage, and communicate with customers to ensure order information accuracy.
• Review color charts, receive documents, and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Support the Merchandiser in resolving order- related issues.
• Collaborate with factories to guarantee quality, quantity, delivery time, and pricing.
• Update order information in the system and complete reports accurately and on time.
Hỗ trợ Merchandiser:
• Hỗ trợ MD giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến đơn hàng
• Theo dõi đơn hàng từ bước đầu đến giai đoạn hoàn thiện mẫu, liên lạc với khách hàng để đảm bảo thông tin về đơn hàng.
• Liên hệ với các bộ phận liên quan (bán hàng, kho vận, giao hàng...) để đảm bảo đơn hàng được xử lý kịp thời và chính xác.
• Làm việc với các nhà máy để đảm bảo chất lượng, số lượng, thời gian và giá cả
• Kiểm tra bảng màu, tiếp nhận tài liệu và giao cho các bộ phận liên quan
• Theo dõi và thông báo tình trạng kiểm tra và giao hàng hàng ngày
• Xử lý mẫu, liên hệ với nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu và thu thập nguyên liệu để làm mẫu.
• Đặt mua nguyên phụ liệu, theo dõi đôn đốc giao hàng đúng kế hoạch.
• Cập nhật thông tin đơn hàng lên hệ thống, hoàn thành báo cáo chính xác và đúng hạn
• Kiểm tra chứng từ (Phiếu ghi nợ, Hóa đơn,...v.v.)
