Associate Lawyer - Quận 1 , HCM - Id 27141

- Supporting client communication and attending meetings/negotiations under the direction of a partner attorney
- Drafting and reviewing Vietnamese and English contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, sales agreements, license agreements, agency agreements, etc.)
- Assisting in the development of internal regulations and compliance systems
- Identifying key issues for contract negotiations and preparing revised versions
- Conducting due diligence for overseas transactions and preparing reports
- Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, reports, and proposal materials for clients

- Bachelor&039;s degree
- At least 2 years have experience working in Foreign- affiliated companies.
- 2- 7 years of legal experience
- Work experience in a corporate law firm or corporate legal department.
- Business- level Japanese language proficiency (able to draft contracts, email, and handle meetings in Japanese).
- Experience working in cross- border M&A, overseas subsidiary relations, and international compliance.
- Basic knowledge of corporate law (contract law and corporate law)
- Experience in legal and case law research and contract review (including experience as a lawyer or during legal training)
- Have qualified as a Vietnamese lawyer
- Communication skills necessary for client relations and teamwork.
- Experience working for a Japanese company.
- English: Advanced Level (enough to draft English contracts, research overseas laws, and participate in meetings in English)
