Associate Risk Manager

• Portfolio Analytics: Analyze credit card and lending portfolio performance, uncover key trends, and generate actionable insights to manage risk and support growth.
• Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Build automated dashboards and early warning systems to track portfolio health and risk KPIs.
• Strategy Development: Support senior managers in refining credit strategies, including acquisition, line management, and collections.
• Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate analytics into effective business strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical efficiency, and portfolio performance.

GenAI Application & Automation:

Identify and design GenAI- enabled risk management solutions, such as anomaly detection, customer profiling, or decision support systems.
Explore and apply GenAI tools to automate repetitive analytical tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Expert in unsecured credit products or consumer credit risk management with at least 7 years of experience in consumer lending products or credit/risk management.
Experience in customer acquisition for unsecured consumer credit products.
Excellent English language writing and communication skills, native Vietnamese language skills.
Problem solver.
Proven ability to influence partners and cross- functional teams without formal authority.
Experience in consumer credit digital journey/ credit card portfolio management/ scorecard modeling/ using alternative solutions to control credit risk/ fraud risk is preferred.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Extremely analytical and numerical.
