• Conduct routine inspections and checklist verification covering food preparation, cooking, storage, transportation, and service operations.
• Coordinate food sampling programs and prepare monthly Food Laboratory Testing Reports.
• Ensure all operational checklists, monitoring records, and food safety documentation are completed accurately, maintained properly, and available for review during audits and inspections.
• Follow up and verify the completion of corrective and preventive actions arising from hygiene inspections, audits, and non- conformance reports.
• Support internal and external food safety audits, regulatory inspections, and certification assessments as required.
• Monitor and control Food Safety Management System (FSMS) policies, procedures, and implementation to ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain and monitor supplier documentation, including operating licenses, certificates, and approvals, while overseeing daily shift checklists for chiller temperature monitoring and dry storage control.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, and Personal Hygiene Standards across all operational areas.
• Act as the key person responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all food handling, preparation, storage, and service areas comply with the Food Safety Management System Manual, standard food safety procedures, and all applicable internal and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with all departments on matters related to employee personal hygiene and hygiene- related task assignments.
• Complete and review weekly hygiene audit checklists for Food Preparation, Storekeeping, Cost Control, Stewarding, and Food Production departments.
• Develop and conduct weekly Food Safety training programs for food handlers and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions provided by chemical and sanitation suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and prepare Chemical Supplier Audit Reports to assess compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Responsible for handling and overseeing all Food Safety and Hygiene matters throughout the Resort.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food Safety, Hygiene, Quality Assurance, or related fields, preferably in hotels, resorts, catering, or food service operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, training, and problem- solving skills.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese food safety regulations and international food safety standards.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, or equivalent food safety programs are preferred.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualifications in food safety management systems are an advantage.
