As an ASUS Exclusive Store Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our traffic and revenue in AES (ASUS Exclusive Store) & RES (ROG Exclusive Store) in Vietnam. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the store operations, driving revenue performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, brand consistency and alignment with the retail strategy by collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams. This position reports directly to the Channel Management Director.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
Store operations:
• Monitor and optimize AES & RES KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value…)
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, merchandising and visual standards ensuring compliance with brand guideline.
• Collaborate with eShop team to fulfill customers&039; orders as part of brand O2O journey.
• Liaise with AES/RES partners to manage stock, product mix and traffic sources to ensure store performance and revenue growth.
Revenue performance management & customer experience:
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge and service excellence
• Develop and implement revenue strategies
• Drive traffic and revenue performance
Marketing & promotions:
• Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to improve AES & RES performance
• Collaborate with Marketing team for local campaigns & events
• Coordinate in- store promotions, in- store activities and product launches.
Cross- functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, product manager & supply chain, and other departments to align store operations with D2C goals and initiatives
We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities
• In depth understanding of the customer purchasing journey and key touchpoints across the retail experience
• At least 3 year experience in retail leadership or store management role, preferably within Tech / CE industry
• Strong ability to multitask and manage various aspects of store operations efficiently
• Intermediate level of English (conversing and writing) is required as this position will interact with overseas colleagues.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving store performance and achieving revenue targets
• Analytical & strategic thinking: ability to analyze reports and performance metrics to make data- driven decisions and drive improvements.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build positive customer relationships.
