Mô tả công việc
Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to synchronize technical solutions, improve equipment performance, and minimize downtime.
Implement, operate, and optimize control systems to ensure stable, safe, and high- efficiency operation.
Prepare detailed technical documentation: wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and technology transfer materials for production teams.
Design, program, install, and commission industrial automation control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, inverters, servo drives, etc.) for production lines.
Analyze, improve, and maintain existing automation systems; troubleshoot issues, update programs, and replace components when necessary.
Design, assemble, and calibrate electro- mechanical control systems, including control panels, sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices.
Participate in research, proposal, and implementation of automation, robotics, and digital transformation (Industry 4.0) solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Experience
2 – 5 years of experience in designing, programming, or operating automation systems.
General understanding of mechanical and industrial electrical systems (ability to read mechanical drawings, knowledge of pneumatics, drive systems, and sensors).
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical – Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Control & Systems Engineering.
Preference given to candidates who have participated in automation or robotics projects for production lines.
Technical Skills
Skilled in using AutoCAD, TIA Portal, GX Works or equivalent design and programming software.
Proficient in PLC/HMI systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Knowledge of industrial robots, servo systems, industrial communication networks.
Strong troubleshooting and logical problem- solving skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
