Automation QA/ Tester

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on functional and non- functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve testing strategies and approaches.
Track and report test progress, results, and issues using project management tools.
Lead the QA efforts in all phases of the IT software lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, and execution.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for QA processes in an Agile environment.
Perform automated testing using tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or similar, as well as manual testing when required.
Conduct performance, security, regression, and compatibility testing.

Requirements

Proven experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a Senior QA Engineer role.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation.

Nice to have:

Experience in different business domains (i.e. digital operations, digital transformation, smart manufacturing).
Knowledge of security testing and vulnerability assessment tools.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
Familiarity with Cloud- based environments and tools (AWS, Azure, etc.).

100% salary in probation
Annual Salary Review: In 30th June- Employee must work at least 6 month – 1/7 start new salary
