- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving sales growth
- Acquire new business clients with a focus on the ASEAN region
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business planning
- Report sales performance and market trends to senior management; participate in business planning and strategy sessions
- Set and manage sales/profit targets and KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve goals
- Build, lead, and develop the sales team; foster a high- performance and collaborative culture
- Oversee export operations and production planning
* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Sat
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the B2B food business and client management in the ASEAN region
- Demonstrated leadership in managing or leading sales teams or projects
- Experience in business planning, business process improvement, or management consulting
- Knowledge of export regulations and international trade practices
- Age : 28- 40
- Network with ASEAN distributors or business partners
- Business level English (Upper Intermediate)
- Experience in instant coffee, beverage, or food ingredient sales
- Strong drive to explore new markets and acquire new customers
- Desired university degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, etc)
