Prepare and submit regular reports on booking performance to the line manager.
Receive and handle service booking requests from B2B clients (travel agencies, corporate partners, etc.).
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely confirmations are sent to clients, and continuously update them on the booking status.
Communicate with suppliers to check availability, rates, and proceed with service bookings as per client requests.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any service issues or customer complaints (if any).
Monitor and manage any changes during the booking process (e.g. date changes, guest name updates, cancellations, etc.).
Accurately and promptly update internal systems with all booking information.
Yêu cầu công việc
1–2 years of experience in a Reservation position or other relevant roles in the travel and tourism industry.
Detail- oriented, responsible, and capable of handling situations calmly and effectively.
Good command of English communication skills (especially reading and writing)
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and clients.
Graduated in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Real Estate, or related fields.
