B2B Sales Assistant Manager, Chinese Speaking

The B2B sales will be responsible for
Identifying, developing, and managing business relationships with Chinese manufacturers, projects, and B2B clients; specially, Chinese FDI projects
&
Renovation projects
to achieve the targeted Sales revenue and expand Sales network:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Chinese projects
- Build and maintain long- term relationships with architects, consultants, partners, and clients
- Monitor debt and overdue accounts for clients and support Accounting in collections
- Lead the sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and final deal closure
- Obtain projects from customers (owners, consultants, contractors) or co- workers through tailored B2B solutions
- Prepare technical data, cost estimates, and quotations for tenders
- Conduct in- depth market research to understand emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
- Work closely with the product team, finance, legal, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of products.
- Meet with customers to explain products, clarify details, and resolve post- sales issues
And other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
