Job Summary:
Dynamic and inspiring B2B Sales & Brand Development Executive, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, modern trade (MT) channels and wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (Core responsibility):
· Consult corporate gifting solutions, including gift sets, product bundles and customized offerings based on customer needs and budgets.
· Manage customer databases and maintain long- term customers relationships, drive repeat and cross- selling opportunities.
· Identify, approach and develop B2B corporates customers, retail and wholesale partners.
· Follow up orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on- time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
Brand & Product Development (Collaborative role):
· Work closely with Marketing (branding) team and agencies on: offline events, sales materials (brochures, proposals, catalogues, pitch decks).
· Participate in the development and launching of new products and brands from a market and customer perspective.
· Ensure branding activities are aligned with commercial and sales objectives.
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving visibility for new products.
Reporting & Improvement:
· Provide market feedback and propose improvements to products, pricing and sales strategies.
· Prepare periodic sales reports (revenue, clients, sales pipeline).
· Propose promotional ideas, gifting concepts, packaging and new product offerings that align with customer needs and market trends
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirementes:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, background in corporate gifting, FMCG, F&B is a strong advantage.
· Experience in retail and wholesale/distributor sales is a plus.
· Good coordination and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication, consulting and closing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Basic aesthetic and brand sensibility (packaging, visual presentation, product storytelling).
· Ability to analyze customer needs and propose customized solutions.
