- Actively search for and approach customers within assigned territories and segments (e.g., FDI companies, industrial zones, multinational corporations, educational institutions, etc.) to introduce and consult on the company’s services ( Internet, Cloud, Security and other IT solutions)
- Analyze customer requirements, work with consulting teams to prepare presentations, and persuade clients to sign contracts
- Resolve any product or service issues customers may encounter
- Monitor and address customer needs, maintain and develop relationships with both existing and new clients
- Execute sales tasks according to assigned targets from direct management
- Research and stay updated on the company’s IT products/solutions
- Perform data analysis and reporting on work outcomes, competitors, and growth potential for NetNam’s products and services in the market
