B2B Sales Manager (CRE)

Drive revenue growth in Commercial Real Estate by delivering high- quality security solutions for Grade A/B buildings, commercial complexes, mixed- use developments, retail malls, hotels, offices, and premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Segment Knowledge
Understand CRE security operations, including concierge service, CCTV control, access control systems, visitor management, and customer service protocols.
Review CRE pricing competitiveness; balance service quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure supplier contracts comply with company policies and local legal requirements.
Identify priority CRE targets (real estate developers, property management firms, REITs, mall operators, hospitality groups).
Study CRE market, competition, regulations, and adopt Securitas&039; global best practices.
Client Engagement & Service Excellence
Conduct site visits to assess service expectations, traffic flow, VIP service needs, and guest handling SOPs.
Develop strong relationships with property managers, asset managers, building owners, and real estate developers.
Build case studies highlighting premium security services and customer- experience excellence.
Ensure accurate invoicing and service quality consistency.
Sales Execution
Oversee negotiation and closing with a disciplined commercial approach.
Develop tailor- made CRE security solutions focusing on professional service, customer experience, soft- skill- enhanced guard force, and technology- assisted security.
Prepare pricing proposals aligned with CRE performance delivery and service standard requirements.
Keep Pipedrive fully updated.
Reporting & Performance
Submit weekly Pipedrive updates and monthly performance reports.
Achieve sales targets and client development KPIs.
Participate in annual sales and business planning.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.

Experience: 3- 5 years B2B Sales Manager, preferably in CRE, hospitality, property management, FM services, or related high- touch service industries.
